Great product at a reasonable price
As a 50 year old woman, I need to derma plane and have tried this through facials and a much cheaper item to use at home. However, this product is superb. The razor is sharp but not too sharp. The results are exceptional. The handle is long enough it is easy to use. The blade is easily cleaned wit alcohol as directed. The recommendation is to change the blade every month after using it once per week. Replacement blades are reasonably priced. I will say my recommendation is to go slow and take your time while derma planing. Keep the blade at a 45 degree angle as instructed. I went too fast on my forehead in one area, and I did knick myself.

Like a Laser Beam for your Face ❤️
This little thing is incredible. I’m someone who gets a lot of female facial hair unfortunately, and I’ve tried probably every disposable eyebrow razor and facial razor on the market. This razor is literally like a laser for my face, I’m in love! It took off literally EVERY bit of peach fuzz, regular beard, upper lip hairs, etc. It was also super easy to wipe clean the blade. It’s super high quality, much better than your normal throw away face blade. I can definitely see why they say you get 4 uses out of each blade, as it’s still clearly sharp after a first use. Make sure your face is dry and don’t use it over any cuts or abrasions, also don’t go too quickly. Take your time, like you are slowly scraping away dirt from an expensive relic and trying not to damage it :3 it’s your face, so it is a treasure! I don’t normally leave reviews this long, that’s how in love with this I am.

the best dermaplaning tool
I’ll start this off by saying: yes, I have tried a bunch of different dermaplaning tools. I’ve tried the extremely cheap ones with the plastic handles, I’ve tried the brand Jill, I’ve tried several other tools on Amazon with diff functions like LED light for better view, etc. NONE of those worked out, they sucked actually. they were not sharp, not durable, the plastic ones are too much waste. this tool from Stacked is the BEST one I’ve ever tried. it’s sharp, it’s easy to use, it has a really nice feel to it, it’s pretty. it is very sharp so you have to be careful, my skin is a little bit sensitive in some spots because I wasn’t careful enough lol. Always make sure to wipe and clean your tool after each use. I won’t be going back to any of the old brand I used. Stacked is the one. if you’re looking for the perfect tool, don’t hesitate and buy it!EDIT: Two years after my original purchase and review and I’m still using Stacked. I haven’t looked back since. Still using the original blade it came with too because it works just fine, slightly dulled which I don’t mind since the original blade was actually very sharp! Lasts a long time, quality is unmatched, worth the money.

This works great, but it does take some practice. I did nick some awkward areas, and my skin was sensitive afterwards. I think I will get better at using it. I’m not sure why it’s so pricey, and why it only comes with one blade. It should come with 2 so you can really get good at it and decide before you buy replacement blades. Other than that, it seems to be fine.

Didn’t work for me, couldn’t return
I was hopeful that this would help with some issues with skin texture around my mouth. Other reviews led me to believe I might see some results. I missed the return window because I wanted to give this product a fair chance. You wouldn’t be able to tell if it was helping by the time the return window closed. The product instructions say to use it once a week. BUT, they also say not to use a retinol product 5 days before or after using the tool. That means I had to discontinue my retinol for almost 2 weeks, using the dermaplaning tool halfway through that time period. Which also meant that I could only use the tool about once a month, if that. The scheduling is just way too complicated and after using the tool a few times, I see no difference at all. One of the things it’s supposed to do is get rid of “peach fuzz.” Even though I don’t care about that feature, I was curious if it worked. The last time I tried the tool, I targeted a specific area above my eyebrow, where I could see the peach fuzz well. I tried going with the direction of the hair growth as suggested. Nothing. I tried against the direction of the hair growth, and then sideways across. Still nothing. All of the peach fuzz was still there. If it doesn’t even do that, I don’t know how it can improve skin texture. Lastly, I took the tool with me to a consultation with an aesthetician and she said she couldn’t imagine it being beneficial and she recommended against continuing to use it.I called Amazon and asked if I could return the tool anyway, even though I was a couple of weeks past the official return window. They said no. So, that’s $75 down the tubes for a product that I can’t realistically use and that doesn’t work anyway.

Plastic Slides Off When Not Held
The blade works very well, but it’s super loose and just falls off. I have to hold onto both the plastic part and the metal handle together when being used so it doesn’t fall off when I try to use it.

*Obsessed w/ Using This Tool ! ! ! *
This self care facial tool for creating smoother, hydrated skin is waaay LEGIT. It’s quite easy to use. Be sure you are integrating a 45 degree angle on your face using small back and forth strokes. I find it’s super easy to use on my jaw line, cheeks, around the mouth and forehead. The trickiest spot to use this tool is on the nose, for sure. I need to buy the smaller blades for those tougher areas on the face, like around the eyes, eye brows and inner eyes. BONUS IDEA – Buy a 10x magnifying mirror and dermaplane your face. You will be obsessed with what you take off.As far as my skin and make up application goes. It all looks and feels SO smooth and gorgeous. Another bonus, I look 28 and I’m actually 42. This self care tool is one of my *fave* ways to take care of my face. Please buy it asap and be sure not to press too hard! (Gentle Giant Vibes) Enjoy! and tell yo franz!

This product is amazing!! I was unsure after some of the reviews but it was very sharp. I nicked myself a few times the first use. But oh wow, it took off tons of peach fuzz. Now I look and feel more feminine and hairless and radiant 🙂 My boyfriend has only ever seen my hairy face in all it’s glory, and he was in awe said my skin looks glowing and brighter. The fine lines I was developing on my forehead are barely even noticeable anymore too! This is going to be a new staple for my skincare routine.
