Comfortable, easy to use and fast results!!
I am so excited about this new Led Light Therapy Mask! I have been wanting one for a while, but the price scared me. However Megelin had amazing reviews AND the price is very reasonable so I tried it out. I am so glad I did because I am OBSESSED with this mask! It is so comfortable, easy to use and I have started seeing results after just 2 weeks! My skin is soft, shows less signs of aging and I just feel like I am glowing! I would absolutely recommend this product, and have already, to many!

Wish I bought sooner!
I have been wanting this for a long time. So glad I finally bought it. I love the different light functions. I charged it once and I’ve already used it for 2hrs total and it hasn’t died on me. Good battery life! My only issue is the eye protectors, they take some getting used to but are important to have.I primarily use the red and blue light functions and can already tell a difference, especially with the blue for when I have active acne. It helps my acne look more calm, less red and a little more tamed.

Consistency is key!
I’ve had this mask for about 2 months and used consistently nightly and noticed an improvement in my skin tone and even a reduction of a broken capillary near my eyeI had issues with charging the device and reached out for help. Not New Item! Disgusted Upon Opening!
I received what was supposed to be a new item. Upon opening I immediately noticed that the remote had what appeared to be a melted crust on it. The mask headband had fuzz and white residue on it. The instruction booklet did as well. I opened the mask portion of the two tier box and was not surprised at how disgusting the internal side that is supposed to touch my skin looked. White lumpy splotches all over the led gel mask. I’m appalled at what I have received and am truly concerned with the sanitary measures of the item I was sent. Will be returning immediately! I would give no stars if I could!

My wife has been really happy with the Megelin LED face mask so far. It’s comfortable, lightweight, and easy to use. The different light settings feel gentle on the skin, and after consistent use, her face looks a bit brighter and more even.

Good product and team, just needs some slight adjustments
Fits comfortably and easily adjustable. Love the different settings and how easily it is to use when multitasking. Had some problems with charging the device, not sure if it was me or the product. (tried multiple comparable cables could not get a signal said device was charging and ultimately died without turning back on after being plugged in for the better half of a day.) With that being said, the customer service team was prompt to reply to my issues and reach out with a solution in a friendly and professional manner. I ultimately had already looked for and found a difference device to try but if I needed to stay within this budget I would have happily accepted this solution and would have kept this device. I appreciate the efforts of the customer service team and think this device is worth the try! Without this problem I would have kept the device, and enjoyed it.

Best customer service ever
My Megelin mask arrived July 18. A few days ago, it began malfunctioning—the lights flickered off and on caused by some cord malfunction. I reached out to customer service on the Megelin website who referred me to their Amazon partner, George. I received an almost instant response and follow up with a replacement mask arriving within three days. I have never received better customer service!! I’m so happy with the mask and the support.
