Small, easy to swallow pill. I’ve been getting this brand for a long time now and have it on auto ship. Seems to be a trustworthy company and the price is good as well.

Whoopee! I have hair.
I have over processed my frizzy, unruly hair for most of my life, from burning it in the 70’s with some white gloop that made me cry, to some Japanese product that not only took all day, robbed me of my money, and I later found out it was full of formaldehyde. At least my brain is partially embalmed. Needless to say, my hair was falling out…..Until I started using Keratin and stopped being so angry at my hair. Now handfuls don’t come out in the shower. Try it you too can have a better relationship with your hair.

I stopped buying because they kept raising the price
Not sure how much difference I saw with hair, but this will definitely help nails and skin. Unfortunately, I just can’t justify them raising the price every time I buy it, so I stopped. I liked the small pill size too.

Really effective!
To be fair, I started using this keratin along with bamboo extract and horse tail at the same time, so I don’t know which had the most effective, but either way, I’ve seen amazing results! This is my before and after pic after taking keratin for 5 weeks. I decided to start taking supplements for my hair when I saw pictures from a wedding I went to last year and I realised that my hair had not grown at all in a year! I had also been struggling with a lot of fall out. I would pull out gobs of hair in the shower. It was getting ridiculous. I had been trying to treat it with expensive shampoos and conditioners, but that wasn’t doing anything. Taking keratin and other vitamins have made all the difference!
