Highly Recommend!
This is my second bottle of Routine shampoo, and I continue to be very impressed with the results. I have Sjögren’s, and combined with certain medications, it has unfortunately led to some thinning hair. After just a few uses, I noticed a significant reduction in hair fall, as well as softer, more hydrated strands. My hair not only feels cleaner and more nourished, but it also looks noticeably fuller and healthier.I pair the shampoo with the matching conditioner and use them every other day. Together, they leave my scalp refreshed and my hair easier to manage with a healthy shine. Unlike some shampoos I’ve tried in the past, this one doesn’t dry out my scalp or leave any heavy residue.Overall, Routine has truly made a positive difference in the look and feel of my hair, and I feel more confident knowing it supports healthier growth while reducing fallout. WAY Less Shedding and More Volume!
Preface: I am in the middle of a weight loss journey. At 40 pounds down (Dec 2024), I realized my hair was starting to thin out and I was losing more than usual, so I researched cost-efficient methods to try to stop the excessive hair loss. I started the Coconut and Vanilla Routine shampoo in January 2025. I purchased the 14 oz bottle and use it every other day on my hair as I have a naturally oily scalp. I use a pump and a half, which is the perfect amount for my short hair (see photos). It’s now mid-June 2025 and I’ve still got about 1/4 of the bottle left! I say that to say that to those concerned about the cost, it lasts a long time, so don’t let that scare you. I think this one bottle is going to last me about 8 months.Anyway, 6 months in and I’m VERY impressed. It may be hard to see in the photos, but my hair is now thicker and I definitely have at least a little regrowth, and the thinning/hair loss has slowed down significantly. I feel more confident, and that’s worth every penny!Regarding the smell, the coconut and vanilla scent is very light, which is ideal for me since I can’t handle strong smells. My partner has also started using this product, but he ordered the lavender, as well as the rose hips. The rose one smells delightful as well, only slightly more heavily scented than the coconut/vanilla. The lavender smells too strong for me personally, but it’s definitely also a heavenly scent.

I bought because of the good reviews from people who have thinning hair. I have been very very pleased with the radically reduced amount of hair loss with each wash. I was seeing large clobs of hair loss before using Routine and now it is significantly much much less. I probably saw less than a dozen hairs lost after my shower today. After using it for a few weeks I’m seeing a lot of new growth. Hopefully this continues but I would highly recommend! FYI I’m a female pushing 70 yrs young

Amazing Shampoo that Really Works!
This shampoo is remarkable! I am 82 with fine, thinning hair. Before using Routine Wellness, I would get a handful of hair every time I combed it. After using Routine Wellness, my hair looks fuller, has body (it didn’t before), is curlier, and there is no hair loss. It is much easier to style and holds the style until I shampoo again. Scent is too strong!
I use the unscented Routine Wellness shampoo for thinning hair due to chemotherapy. I wanted to try a scent and coconut and vanilla sounded good. Unfortunately it was a heavy nauseating perfumed scent that I could not tolerate. The shampoo itself does a good job, but I will stick with the unscented.

I’ve used this product for about a month now and I’m pleased with the condition of my hair. Normally my hair is straight, fine and thinning. I find that over the past month, my hair has developed more body and “lift”, so that it seems thicker. Routine is a terrific product.

The recipient of this shampoo loves it, she’d love to have the conditioner as well. Gifted it’s part of present (early Christmas). Too expensive on Amazon so I’ve purchased more for a much better deal on Routine’s website. It’s still costly but worth it if you can afford it.
