Great for perimenopause
I’m so glad I found this product. I’ve been having a lot of issues falling asleep and staying asleep due to hormonal changes due to perimenopause. This calms my brain and I can now fall asleep within 20-30 minutes. I still wake up around 3am, but that’s completely hormonal. I’ve been taking this for a month now and have experienced no side effects.

Didn’t work
I have taken the product as directed for the last eight nights. Did not work for me. Went to bed tired was awake within two hours and set up for an hour watching television and then went back to bed. Didn’t work for me.

Reverse effect
Substituted a soft flavored Melatonin 5 mg for this 10 mg tiny almost bitter “chewable” at 10:30 pm and still wide awake until after 3:35 am following a sleepless night. I am planning on giving it another try in a few days.

Perfect product for me
I have a horrible time falling asleep (lifelong issue). I have taken every product there is and finally settled on Tylenol PM. After years of taking it, I realized it was harsh on my stomach. I took a chance and ordered this product. I am so glad I did. It works like a charm, with no side effects or foggy brain in the morning. I will definitely be ordering again when this runs out.

I got my order yesterday, I went to sleep quickly 2 1/2 hours wide awake. I dont have trouble falling asleep just cannot stay asleep. Any suggestions? 10 mg meletonin these had. Even prescription Medication don’t work for me
