Reliable Protection for Heavy Days and Nights!
I’ve been using these heavy-flow period underwear for a few cycles now (plus some postpartum spotting), and they’ve been a total game-changer. The 4-layer leak-proof design with the 12-inch extended gusset (front to back!) really delivers—absorbs up to 4–5 regular tampons worth without any leaks, even on my heaviest days or overnight. I’ve slept in every position without a single accident, and they’re perfect as backup with a cup or tampon for extra peace of mind. The high-quality cotton feels soft and breathable against skin—no irritation or that clammy feeling some disposables give. The twill fabric in the crotch wicks moisture quickly, and the full-coverage waterproof barrier works like a charm. They’re truly full-coverage and high-waisted, so no riding up or side leaks. Bonus: PFAS-free and machine-washable (rinse cold first, then wash; air dry and they’re good as new). Great for teens too—my niece tried a pair and loved the confidence boost. If you have heavy flow, postpartum bleeding, or light incontinence, these are comfortable, reliable, and eco-friendly. Worth every penny—highly recommend!

Comfortable and Protective
This period underwear is comfortable and provides good protection without too much added bulk. When wearing them, they feel closer to full cover underwear than underwear with a heavy pad, but they are absorbent and I’ve had no issues with leaking or bleeding through. It stays in place well, even with movement, exercise, and sleeping through the night. The absorbent layers don’t just cover the groin area, the way many pads do, but goes farther back to the lower waistline. The extra wide waistband helps provide support without feeling too tight and restrictive. These are nice to wear and do their job well.My biggest complaint is the amount of inconsistencies there are in the product and product listing. In one of the photos, there is a mention of “Hygienically washable at 60*C”, later in the listing it says to wash in cold water or at <30*C warm water, the packaging it came in said wash in 40*C water, while the info on the underwear itself says 30*C. The packaging says don’t dry, the listing says tumble dry low, and the underwear doesn’t have any info on drying. The packaging and listing says do not iron, while the underwear says iron cool. In general, washing menstrual products in cooler water is better, but if this is your first time using reusable menstrual products the differing instructions can be confusing. This listing also gives different amounts of absorbency depending on where you look. One place it says 5 tampons or 4 pads, another it says 12 tampons or 3 pads. One place it mentions that it’s designed for 24/7 use, while another says leak proof up to 12 hours. I found them to good for a full day of wear without needing any extra liner or menstrual cup/tampon, but it still would have been nice if there was more consistency in the listing.Overall, I think these are a good product.

Great protection
These are great for extra protection on heavy flows days, or times when you may not be able to get to a bathroom (ie., long trips). Particularly night protections. These are lightweight and comfy. Black does not show stains after washing. I have been buying different brands over the years for my girls, and these work as well as any of them.

A Reliable Extra Layer of Protection
Got these for my daughter, and she absolutely loves them. She describes them as “one more layer of protection” that feels secure without being uncomfortable. They don’t have that bulky or padded feeling some period underwear can have which is just a smooth, soft fit that feels like regular underwear. The absorbency is impressive for what they’re meant to do. They’re not a replacement for pads, tampons, or cups on heavy days, but they do an excellent job backing those products up and preventing any surprise leaks or overnight mishaps. The extended leakproof gusset really does its job, especially at night. The material thickness is perfect and the strechiness is very comfy but holds its shape.Washing and reusing these has been easy and they clean well, hold their shape, and haven’t shown any wear so far. My daughter says they feel breathable and comfortable enough to wear all day.Overall, these are a great confidence booster for teens and a solid option for anyone needing extra protection during heavy flow or postpartum. Safe materials, great coverage, and long-lasting comfort make them well worth it.

They don’t feel so thick but they’re definitely absorbent.
When I first opened these, I thought they were gigantic and ridiculous. But I did put them on and see that they fit, and needed to be big / full so that you won’t have leakage problems. They fit me without needing much stretch, but they do have a stretchy quality to them. They don’t feel as thick and cumbersome as I was expecting. They definitely work. It was a little weird at first just sitting there bleeding into panties. But they work! Then you just wash them and move on! I did have one point when I was sure they’d leak because I was laying on my side. But they didn’t.
