My hair was damaged when I had color enhancement. Heard that this was a good product. I have been using it intermittently for about the last three months. And it has helped. Have to use a bit more than recommended on label. I put it in the palm of my hand rub it together.And run my fingers through my damp hair. I will continue using it as long as necessary.
