Worked for me, marks fade in 1-2 weeks
This is the first product I use in my skin care routine after cleanser. I use it about 3 times a day when I have post acne dark spots. Application is so easy, but make sure you ONLY APPLY TO DARK SPOTS. Applying to areas where you have acne or areas that are currently irritated may sting.Spots do look lighter after about a week but not gone. For me after about 2 weeks, sometimes a little less, dark spots pretty much disappear. It really just depends on how big/how bad the original pimple was and the resulting mark it left behind. I might be able to see a spot a little at the 2 week mark if I get super close to a mirror but nothing that other people would notice.Seems to be a hit or miss product for people. Overall I think the simplicity and ease of application makes this product worth a shot if you’re still on the fence. I will definitely continue using it.

i’m gonna be honest this is a great product but i hate that fact they changed the applicator it was really unnecessary the old one you could control how much you wanted to come out but this new one it’s like you’re going in blind greattttt product though

Love love love it
I love Hero as a brand in general—all their products work miracles for me, and their production process is entirely cruelty free.I was going to buy their Dark Spot Cream as per usual but found this instead and WOW. I have a lot of acne and dark spots have been messing with my complexion for months now due to my medication and this serum has almost entirely erased them in less than a week. I feel so much better about my skin and it feels so much healthier since I started using this.The roller makes for easy application as well, however it does take a bit for the roller to get going the first time you use it. You have to give it a good amount of clicks for the serum to start emerging. The consistency is like any clear, smooth serum, and doesn’t leave any sort of coloring. I put it on for bed and when I do my routine in the morning and wear it for the day, and at most, it just feels a little tacky by the end of the day.Definitely going to be adding this to my nightly routine going forward. Great product, highly recommend.

Not sure what it does
Have been using this product for some days on long term pigmentation around the cheeks, but not seeing any visible difference yet. Definitely no improvement in 10days as advertised.

Sits on top of skin and pills all day
This leaves my skin feeling extremely sticky and pills constantly throughout the day, no matter how I apply it. It doesn’t seem to absorb into my skin. Instead, it just sits on top and dries down into a tacky film that coats my face and eventually pills. The tackiness is so intense that if I accidentally touch my face after applying, I have to wash my hands immediately. I’ve only been using this for a couple of weeks, so I can’t speak to its effectiveness, but the texture issues are significant enough that I wouldn’t repurchase even if I did see results.

This really works! I’ve been using it for over a week and my it has Significantly lightened the acne spots on my face!! New birth control has my skin breaking out monthly, and i have yet to find something this good to remove the dark spots. I’ve even tried it on a new blemish and the next day it was almost gone! 10/10 will purchase again!!
