Good product
Has helped my nails and hair a lot. Nails don’t break as easily and hair feels thicker.

This works really well. I have taken it for years. My nails can now slip tape and plastic wrapping
Also, I lose more hair than my malamute, and don’t seem to have any lack of it, and it grows more quickly in length. I usually order it from the original seller, but I never like to run out.
