Comfortable and reliable as extra protection
I bought these period underwear mainly for comfort and as extra protection, and honestly they do a great job for that purpose. The material is soft, breathable, and very comfortable to wear for long periods of time. They fit well and adapt nicely to your body without feeling bulky or stiff.That said, I personally wouldn’t rely on them 100% on their own if you have a very heavy flow like I do. I see them more as a backup option or for lighter days, sleeping, or pairing with another form of protection. For that use, they are excellent.The most important thing is choosing the correct size. If you get the right size, they stay in place, don’t move around, and feel secure. Overall, they are comfortable, well-made, and exactly what I expected, which is why I’m giving them 5 stars.

Great Overnight, Go Up a Size for Bloating and Comfort
Period panties are an absolute game changer if you have not tried them yet. When I have to dress up for work or a special occasion, these provide great piece of mind as backup in case I’m not able to change a tampon before it starts leaking. As a teacher, bathroom breaks are limited and constricted to only times your class has supervision which can be stressful on a heavy day. If I am home, I often use the underwear with no other feminine hygiene products. This pair is near perfect!Pros:-holds quite a bit of liquid (I’m an up two times a night, changing multiple super pluses, sleeping on a towel, and washing the sheets kind of gal), I wear this by itself and sleep with full peace of mind, no leaking or changing pairs in the night- comes up far enough in the front and back that you don’t have to worry about leaking over the top of the coverage zone while laying down-very thin absorbent area, thinner than my name brand pair and less crinkly, I questioned whether I had mistakenly bought regular underwear my first time wearing them- extremely comfortable, I bought several name brand pair that cut so heavily into my thighs and waste it created love handles and rings in my legs at a time when I’m most bloated so much so that I never wore them and sought other options. I have since learned to size up, and have had no issues with leaking, they fit very comfortably even for sleeping.Cons: The inner liner has gray fabric on top, so if you use these for their purpose, they will be stained. Maybe I’m traumatized from Room Raiders, but I hate the idea of purposefully staining underwear when it could have just been black.

Not absorbant at all
I got these to wear overnight on my monthlys. When I first tried them on I was blown away at the size. They fit but they went up to my belly button. They’re probably the tallest granny panties I’ve ever tried on but these babies weren’t intended for fashion so I decided to see how they work. I wore them overnight and woke up to a mess. They didn’t absorb hardly anything. I feel like my pj’s and sheets did more work than these things. I wanted to get a refund because they dont work but I can’t exactly return something I bled all over so this one’s a bust. I’m not sure if it’s just this brand that sucks or the whole idea in general because I refuse to spend more money trying a different kind.

At some point post 40 I became set in my ways and secure enough to realise I no longer needed cheese wire underpants. These are amazing, so amazing in fact I bought 6 packs.
