Great for Physical Therapy!
This is my first set of adjustable dumbells. They work great! The handle bases by themselves are 2 pounds each. I didn’t realize that, and had the half-pound endcaps on each one, so I was doing my physical therapy exercises with 3 pounds by accident for a week. But my therapist was impressed with the progress I made!They are a bit big and a little unwieldy compared to the non-adjustable dumbells, but it’s worth it for the reducedstorage space.

This is probably one of the coolest things I’ve ever gotten. It is so easy to use and figure out. And you can add a lot of weight to it as well. The color I got is really pretty and they hold very nice on my hand. And the fact that you literally save space by getting rid of a bunch of different size dumbbells is just awesome. I know that each individual dumbbell weight at the store can get really pricey, so getting this will definitely save a lot of money so I highly recommend it.

Compact and portable
As someone who is always traveling I needed a way to get s workout in even when traveling. I saw these portable weights and I knew I had to try them. The value for money in these is great. The all in one functionality is my favorite feature. I can easily store them or quickly adjust the weight as needed. The weights are a nice vibrant color and they feel very strong and durable. I can easily get an effective workout with all the different weights I can choose from. Overall this has made staying in shape while traveling a lot easier. I would definitely recommend these weights to anyone.
