Very highly recommended
I was using a different ashwagandha blend and ran out. I chose this to replace the one I was fairly happy with, for this one due to it’s many relaxing ingredients. It works better than the first one I tried. The taste is pleasant, not overwhelming and I fall asleep quickly. My sleep is excellent and I don’t wake up sluggish.

Definitely take if you want sleep and are able to sleep in. Try to plan on 8 hours atleast. If you have to cut that time you will be a little cranky.

So they do work to relax me for sleep. But I wake up in the middle of night with a headache and can’t go back because of it . They taste good and do work as they say I just can’t handle the headache .
