Buyer beware!!!!!
I wear a CGM and last night I took PM-02Sleep+Restore for the first time an hour before sleeping. I slept ok, about 8 hours, a lot of dreaming. However, upon awaking in the morning, my blood glucose had spiked from 95 to over 200 and it has never done that before. I am insulin resistant and usually keep my blood sugar under 100 through a ketogenic diet. Please be aware!!! Dear consumer, this event was deeply disturbing to me and I will never take this again.

Works over time, but slowly
I’ve tried many types of herbs (i.e. ashwagandha) and hormones (mostly various types of melatonin) to improve my sleep, mostly to so-so effect. This product encapsulates Melatonin (500mg time release) and herbs (ashwagandha) with an inner capsule of probiotics in one pill. The documentation seems to be correct about changing your sleep over time. But this seems to occur slowly. I use a Fitbit to monitor my sleep. With this product, I logged my sleep improving by about 15% in the 1st month. Roughly, I went from about 4 hours a sleep a night to about 5 hours of sleep on average. If I stayed on the product through the 2nd month, I might see my sleep improve one more hour to 6, which is my goal. However, while there is an increase in hours, it couldn’t fix my problem of a hard wakeup at 2-3am and the resulting difficulty of getting back to sleep. Hence my 4-star rating.

Double and Triple check before taking with other meds!
This is no fault of the medication, and on me for not checking with my doctor before purchasing. I cannot say this works, or does not work — just the possibility of getting a good night’s rest as a over worked, stressed mom of a toddler with a 8-5 made me purchase quickly without checking first with my doctor.Unfortunately I purchased this, started to take it and it affects my other medications even though I checked and confirmed it would not through Googling, reading many forums, and reading the official site. But my doctor insists I should not take this. $40 out sadly, and still no sleep. 🙁
