I bought these for my daughter after an injury she had. She’s an athlete so she’s always either doing rehab, physical therapy, or rehab for her sport. We loved these bands with different resistance, and they came in her favorite color purple. They have a large selection of colors that you can get them in. They were so versatile that she could use them with many of the different exercises she needed to do. Very effective. Great quality and she’s still using them! When you get them, they come with a cute little bag with a drawstring so you can take them with you to the gym, home, or even when you travel. My daughter took them all the way to Maui and back.
