Great sleep patch – works well and doesn’t leave skin dry or itchy.
I was having trouble sleeping, or staying asleep, or feeling rested upon waking up. I tried 5mg and 10mg melatonin pills, but honestly, I felt really groggy the next morning and through to the afternoon. I heard about sleep patches and was skeptical. I tried it one night and slept well. Still woke up once or twice. Used it again the second night, and slept all the way through. After a few days of using, I was falling asleep and staying asleep regularly. The best part was that there was no residual effects like grogginess or restlessness.I tried other patches, but they didn’t work as well, and always left a sticky residue on my arm. After a few nights of using other patches, my skin was very dry and itchy. The Raayam sleep patches have a really pleasant, floral smell which is relaxing and helps with falling asleep. The skin under the patch stays regular and doesn’t dry out at all.Highly recommend!

Get a great night sleep
I love love love these little patches! I am a person who just cannot get to sleep or stay asleep. I took these to my Dr. to check out, and she said since they are all natural, give them a shot.Boy, am I glad I did! These things WORK.I’ve been using them for a few month and the improvement in my sleep is unbelievable. They are easy to apply, do not cause skin irratation and stay put all night.I recommend these to friends, who have in turn used them and also love them.They are reasonably priced.

Allergic Skin Reaction
When I first started using these patches, I was not allergic to them. They seem to have changed the formula for the “upgraded” version, or started using adhesive like TENS pads ( which I’m highly allergic to). Now I get a terrible rash using these patches, like with TENS pads. It takes about 2 weeks to go away after using the patch only one night. I miss the “downgraded” original formula and adhesive. I also tried sticking the patch to my clothing (to if it was just the adhesive), with only the top side pressed against my skin, still has a bright red prefect circle rash by morning, but a little less severe. Either way, I can no longer use these patches.However, if I didn’t have a severe skin reaction to the patches now, they do work well in terms of relaxing me and helping me sleep.

Amazing product that works.
Absolutely amazing product. My teenager has had a lot of trouble sleeping at night. The patch helped her to sleep through the night. They are super easy to apply and the instructions in detail explain on where to apply the patch. She didnt feel drowsy the next day.

Patches do not work
Product does not work as described. Still only getting 4-5 hours of sleep. Cannot get a refund since window closed, but will not recommend or purchase again. Definitely not worth the price.

Why not a five
I like these for sleep assistance. Generally, I apply when I wake up at 1:30a then it lets me sleep till 7. It’s great. The reason I didn’t give a five star is the pouch it comes in. It’s so small and tight it’s pretty tough to get the patches out or even open the pouch. Surely you could add a 1/4 inch to the top an on the sides. Then I would give you a five star.
