After some weeks, the bands may lose tension or show wear. Overall, it’s fine for casual home workouts but not ideal for advanced strength training.

It’s like pulling on sponge it’s no good a waste of my $ I’m a female weigh 154 lbs, and the first pull it burst, I just couldn’t bothered to return it.

It is mediocre for gaining muscle firmness.
It is ok resistance for a beginner but with use the resistance bands become looser. Your not going to get a strenuous work out with this product but it will firm muscles up some.
