Where’s the NEOPRENE?
The product I got has no neoprene in it. These are solid metal dumbbells. There is a stainless handle on them. Still, they work great and are quite attractive. Don’t drop them! There is no soft part on the outside to break the fall. Maybe the were out of the orange ones and substituted.
