I primarily use it after shampooing and conditioning, applying about a dime-sized amount to my ends and lengths (avoiding the scalp). Unlike other heavy cream-based products that tend to weigh my hair down (like I’ve experienced with some SheaMoisture products), this one provides just the right amount of moisture without making my hair feel heavy or oily.The color of the product itself is a soft, creamy white, and the size of the container is generous, making it a great value for the price. I’ve been using this leave-in on my hair after washing, and it’s been great for keeping it soft and manageable. I don’t write reviews and I can’t speak for everyone but this cream right here is a game changer for me. My hair is super soft now from being dry and dull looking all the time, to looking like a bad ass character from a movie where all girls are obsessed over. That’s how on point my hair looks. Not only does my hair looks healthy now it also smells good. The brush just glide through my hair now with ease. I use it in the morning and at night. My hair is the frizzy strand up coarse type but this cream has it all under control that I just can’t stop looking at it in the mirror and feeling myself. If you’re looking for a leave in condition can for your hair this might just be the one for you. This is definitely the one for me, definitely going to buy this on repeat. Even the girls at my job started giving me that look if you know what I mean lol. A story for another time.

smells good, but gets greasy.
Its pretty good, I found that using it would leave my hair a little greasy after a while. The smell is great and it does leave my hair feeling moisturized for the duration before the inevitable grease. It does smell amazing though and there’s a lot of product.

After dealing with frizzy, fluffy hair that couldn’t find its curl pattern for too long, I got a fancy haircut. That helped some, but left the last 2-3 inches feeling more textured and damaged than before. Weird, but enough to get me to finally look into leave-in conditioner.This product is lightweight, inexpensive and smells great. I started using it as a leave-in conditioner after showering and at night, the latter of which was a bit of a learning curve to get the right amount of product when dry so it was tamed yet not a little greasy when going out vs leaving in under a bonnet. It’s a big bucket of product, so no worries about having to buy again ASAP.After running out of curl shampoo, I started using this instead with a scalp brush. That’s when I realized this was, in fact, a holy grail hair product. My scalp is less dry and itchy, my hair is smoother and shinier than with fancy shampoo and conditioner, and the roots don’t get greasy. I add a generous amount to wet hair, carefully run a comb through it, make sure my scalp is coated and scrubbed well with a scalp brush, throw it into a clip, and let it do its thing for 5-10 minutes.My hair has never been softer.I also love that they don’t shove this into a bunny’s eye or whatever other hideous cosmetic testing some companies do. If the packaging weren’t plastic, it would be proof with or without faith that God loves us and wants us to be happy.
