These capsules are huuuuugeeee
If you’re like me and have a hard time taking pills, just be advised these can be extremely difficult to take! I had to cut them up into 4 pieces but because the inside of the capsule is very dry, it was still kind of hard for me to take. Could just be a me problem, but wanted to give people a heads up juuuust in case. Other than that, I couldn’t take them long enough to see a difference :/
