Such an awesome self care kit! Totally stoked on this!
Okay, so I wasn’t expecting much when the package showed up because the outside is just a plain little brown box but once I opened it? Total WOW moment. Everything inside was packed sooo nicely, like something you’d grab from a cute boutique by the beach. It legit felt like I was unwrapping a gift to myself. All the tools feel super solid and well made, nothing cheap or flimsy. They even include a card with a QR code that takes you to really clear step by step instructions online. This was perfect because I’m new to a lot of this stuff. The website walks you through everything in a way that’s super easy to follow.The body roller? Oh my gosh. It feels amazing after a long day when my legs are smoked from being on them all day. Not to mention the relief you get when using it on your back! I was kinda nervous about the dry brush because my skin is super sensitive, but I soaked the bristles in hot water with a little conditioner for like 20 minutes and it softened them up just right. I haven’t tried the cupping on my face yet but did use it on my arm to check the suction and it worked well. There’s even a cute little bag to keep all the pieces together so they’re not rolling around in my bathroom drawer. For the price, I honestly feel like I scored. This whole set is such a great value, and I’d 100% gift it to my friends. If you’re into self care or just wanna feel a little more refreshed after a long day this kit is such a win!

Well Made Lymphatic Drainage and Body Sculpting Kit
I ordered this lymphatic drainage and wood therapy kit because I plan to use it for cellulite and for lymphatic massage following liposuction surgery I had about five years ago. I wanted a variety of tools so I could focus on different areas of the body and tailor the massage depending on my needs. The kit includes a nice selection of wood, jade, and silicone tools, and everything feels well made and sturdy. Nothing feels flimsy or cheaply made. The variety makes it easy to target different areas and techniques, whether that is lymphatic massage, body sculpting, or general fascia work.One feature I really appreciate is the QR code included with the kit. When you scan it, it takes you to YouTube videos that show how to properly use the tools, which is very helpful if you are new to this or want guidance on technique. I recommend applying oil to the skin first and starting with the wood paddle, which glides smoothly and feels effective without being uncomfortable. The goal is to push upwards/downwards towards your lymph nodes.Overall, this is a solid kit for anyone interested in lymphatic massage, cellulite care, or body sculpting at home. I used the large wood paddle on myself several times on myself and even massaged my boyfriend with it and he is obsessed. I’ve noticed a slight reduction in cellulite in my inner thighs so I’m giving it 5 stars. I hope the video I shared showing how I plan to use it is helpful for anyone considering this set.

A beautiful set with a wide variety of uses
I ordered this lymphatic drainage kit, and I was genuinely impressed by how thoughtfully it is put together. It arrives packaged like a gift, wrapped neatly inside the box with a rustic mesh tie, and everything can be tucked into a pretty drawstring bag that is sturdy and reusable.The set includes six different tools, each meant for a different type of massage or body work. The wooden tools feel smooth, solid, and well-shaped, and the curves make them easy to hold and glide along the skin. The rope-style roller is lighter than I expected, but it works well for getting into hard-to-reach spots like the lower back and shoulders. I especially like using this under my feet!The jade gua sha comes sealed and has a cool, polished surface, and the silicone cup has good flexibility so you can control the level of suction. The dry brush is one of my favorite pieces. The bristles are firm enough to be effective without feeling scratchy, and the massage nodules give it an extra boost. High quality lymphatic drainage set
I am so excited to use this lymphatic drainage set. It comes with 6 different pieces that help with overall lymphatic drainage of the body. The material of all the pieces are very high quality and seem durable. The kit came with a small bag that fits all of the items. This allows for easy storage. There is a QR code that can be scanned in the packaging. The QR gives instructional videos of each piece in the set. These instructional videos can be followed step by step and are very helpful. I am getting married in two months so I am very excited to use the Jade Gua Sha for to help sculpt my neck and face. The facial cup is also the perfect size for the face and easy to use. It helps provide increase circulation to the face. I also drive a lot for work, so I have a lot of back and neck tension. The wooden back roller and wooden body tool are easy to use on myself and relieves so much tension. Overall, I definitely recommend this product as a cost effective way to help with a lymphatic drainage at home.

Nice set
These items feel like they’re nice quality. I’m not sure I’m doing the process correctly. The recommended videos gave some good tips though!The dry brush thing does get dusty making me think I must be doing something right! Gross to think about but my skin feels nice! The beaded rope thingy does a nice job massaging my back. My goal for the new year is to take care of myself better, so hopefully this will help!
