Favorite Epsom salt
I love soaking in this Epsom salt. It does not leave the tub greasy. It reduces my body pain about 75%. You need 2 cups. I bought a 2 cup wooden scoop from Amazon to use with the Epsom salt. Smells really good. I think there should be some more products made with the scent like lotion, body spray, etc..

Best Sleep of My Life
I buy a lot of Epsom salt, all Dr Teal’s and rotate based on what I need for the night. Some help with dry skin, some with sinus pain, and others have amazing scents.Let me tell you, this one was so relaxing that I noticed myself falling asleep in the tub, crawled into bed and knocked right out.In general, I also use Dr. Dr Teal’s for: resolving my nighttime muscle spasm in my calves, Charly horses, and muscle tightness. My doctor actually recommended I try Epsom Salat Baths to relief the muscle pain. I ordered several brands and completely fell in love with the Dr. Teal’s brand, as it delivered the most immediate response. I was shocked with the almost immediate impact. The same night I was down to only one leg cramp and it completely eliminated my night time muscle cramps after a few uses.One thing to note – If you are sensitive to scents this is not for you. Even if you use just a half a cup the entire scent fills that bathroom and lingers on your skin. For me that’s an amazing benefit, but wanted to flag for others.

Smells great, packaging issue
This smells so good. I got my package and opened it and pulled the bag out and it had busted in the shipping box and pulled EVERYWHERE. What an absolute mess to clean up. They are sending me another hopefully it is tact. Open carefully!!!!
